MECHANISMS FOR ATTRACTING FOREIGN INVESTMENTS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE TOURISM SECTOR AND THEIR EFFECTIVE USE

In recent years, the tourism sector has become one of the fastest growing sectors of the global and national economy, serving as an important factor in increasing gross domestic product, providing employment, and socio-economic development of regions. According to the World Tourism Organization, the tourism sector is one of the priority areas that actively attracts foreign investment on a global scale. In Uzbekistan, the steady growth in the flow of tourists and the volume of tourism services in recent years has further strengthened the need to attract foreign investment to this sector. This thesis analyzes the mechanisms for attracting foreign investment in the development of the tourism sector, improving the investment climate, developing infrastructure, and effectively using investments. It also highlights ways to increase the economic efficiency of foreign investment in the tourism sector.近年来，旅游业已成为全球及各国经济中增速最快的产业之一，是拉动国内生产总值增长、创造就业岗位、推动区域社会经济发展的核心驱动力。据世界旅游组织（World Tourism Organization）统计，旅游业是全球范围内积极吸引外商投资的优先发展领域之一。在乌兹别克斯坦，近年游客流量与旅游服务总量的稳步增长，进一步凸显了该产业吸引外商投资的必要性。本论文针对旅游业发展中的外商投资吸引机制、投资营商环境优化、基础设施建设以及投资高效利用展开系统性分析，并着重探讨了提升旅游业外商投资经济效益的可行路径。
