Gut Flora of CAC Mice-2

For gut microbiota transfer experiment, fresh stool samples from WT mice were washed, aliquoted and stored in -80C. Fecal suspension was gavaged to Dectin-3 knockouts mice orally ( twice a week) for 9 weeks after AOM injection. Mice were euthanized on day 100. Stool sample were acquired from the gut. The detailed mycobiota profiling data were detected by using ITS sequencing. The detailed microbiota profiling data were detected by using 16S sequencing.
