This dataset contains field spectroscopy observations collected in Interior Alaska as part of the AK NSF EPSCoR Fire and Ice program. Field spectroscopy observations from white spruce trees near Cantwell, Alaska, from 2022. Spectral profiles of healthy and infested (spruce beetle; Dencroctonus rufipennis) were measured using a Spectral Evolution PSR_3500 hand-held field spectrometer, between 350-2500 nm wavelength in natural cloud-free lighting conditions and are stored in the manufacturer's SED format, a human-readable ASCII file.
本数据集收录了采集自阿拉斯加内陆的野外光谱观测数据,系美国国家科学基金会阿拉斯加EPSCoR(AK NSF EPSCoR)「火与冰」项目的组成部分。该批观测数据采集于2022年,观测对象为阿拉斯加坎特韦尔(Cantwell)周边的白云杉。研究采用Spectral Evolution PSR_3500手持式野外光谱仪,在自然无云光照条件下,测量了健康与受云杉小蠹虫(*Dendroctonus rufipennis*)侵染的白云杉的光谱特征曲线,测量波长范围为350~2500纳米。所有数据均以厂商指定的SED格式存储,该格式为人类可读的ASCII文件。
