Baits and exons sequences published in the study "Too far from relatives? Impact of the genetic distance on the success of exon capture in phylogenomics." (Molecular Ecology Resources). This dataset is composed by two files with sequences of baits for first and second batches. Another file with the sequences of targeted exons of the reference Lautoconus ventricosus. We share the 1,121 alignments prior concatenation that we produced.
