Sediment microbial community vs aeration

Sediment samples collected from a river suffering from PAH contamination were subjected to lab incubation along with manipulation in overlying water dissolved oxygen concentration. Physicochemical and microbial responses along incubation were continuously monitored to evaluate the influence of overlying water dissolved oxygen fluctuation on sediment.
