Dataset for Structural Characterization of Mars-Relevant Amorphous Sulfates at Low-Temperatures with Pair Distribution Function Analysis

Integrated diffraction patterns of amorphous ferric sulfate (AFS) and amorphous magnesium sulfate (AMS) acquired at various temperatures between 300 K and 100 K. The temperature of the diffraction pattern is listed in the file name. The diffraction pattern of each empty Kapton capillaries that hosted each sample are also available, with the collection temperature in the file name.本数据集包含非晶态硫酸铁（amorphous ferric sulfate，缩写AFS）与非晶态硫酸镁（amorphous magnesium sulfate，缩写AMS）在300 K至100 K的多个温度下采集得到的积分衍射图样。每张衍射图样的采集温度均标注于对应的文件名中。此外，承载每份样品的空Kapton毛细管的衍射图样也已公开提供，其采集温度同样标注于文件名中。
