<b>Genome file for SNPGT make Ref</b>

This is the demo data for <b>WinSNPGT-mkRef</b>.We have developed a toolkit to call variant loci on the Windows system, <b>WinSNPGT</b>. It can obtain the genotypes of the raw sequencing data for the snp loci specified in our datasets, which is very friendly for those with little Linux operating experience. <b>WinSNPGT-mkRef</b> is an extended function plug-in of WinSNPGT that provides users with customized reference genome construction.本数据为<b>WinSNPGT-mkRef</b>的演示数据集。我们开发了一款可在Windows系统上实现变异位点调用的工具包<b>WinSNPGT</b>，其可获取本数据集指定的SNP(Single Nucleotide Polymorphism)位点对应的原始测序数据基因型，对于缺乏Linux操作系统使用经验的用户极为友好。<b>WinSNPGT-mkRef</b>作为WinSNPGT的扩展功能插件，可为用户提供定制化参考基因组构建服务。
