Long non coding RNAs (lncRNAs)-transcriptome in response to alternaria blight in Indian mustard (Brassica juncea (L.) Czern. & Coss

The role of long non coding RNA (LncRNA) is being investigated in case of Alternaria blight disease in Indian mustard (Brassica juncea (L.) Czern. & Coss. Deciphering the role of lncRNA in alternaria disease development in mustard will give further insights into understanding the gene regulation and plant response to this disease. Hence, genome-wide screening and identification of lncRNAs-related to alternaria blight in Indian mustard using resistant and susceptible genotypes is important.
