资源简介:
Hepatic cirrhosis or advanced fibrosis caused by chronic hepatitis may be the main risk factor contributing to the occurrence of HCC. Growing clinical evidence show that patients with hepatic cirrhosis or advanced fibrosis may have a 7-fold higher incidence rate of HCC than those without, suggesting a crucial role of inflammation-carcinogenesis malignant transformation in HCC development and progression. We used microarrays to detail the global programme of gene expression underlying inflammation-carcinogenesis malignant transformation in HCC and identified distinct classes of up-regulated and down-regulated genes during this process Three paired human primary HCC tissues and adjacent non-cancerous liver tissues were collected according to proper tumor stage (T2) and tumor grade (G2).
