Abstract—Drones or Remote Piloted Aircrafts System (RPAS), have become incredibly popular in a variety of sectors. Critical uses of drones includes agriculture, delivery system and surveillance etc. As technology advances, the reliability of drone components becomes increasingly crucial. It is important to analyze the prime reasons of drone flight crashes as it can damage public property and it could also be harmful for human beings. Mechanical breakdowns, human error, battery failure, wildlife hazards could be one of the reasons for the flight crashes. In this study we are trying to make better understanding of the root causes of failures of drones for safer and more reliable drone technology. Sometimes the real reason related to the crash is not very clear, so flight log data analysis is required to pin point the causes. In this paper we analyzed data of one hexagonal drone crashed flight to identify the real cause of the failure of drone.
摘要—无人机(即遥控航空器系统,英文全称Remote Piloted Aircrafts System,缩写RPAS)现已在诸多行业中得到广泛应用。其核心应用场景涵盖农业、物流配送与监控巡检等领域。随着技术的持续迭代升级,无人机组件的可靠性愈发至关重要。分析无人机飞行坠毁的核心诱因具有重要现实意义:此类事故不仅会损毁公共财物,还可能对人类生命安全构成威胁。机械故障、人为失误、电池失效以及野生动物干扰等,均可能成为飞行坠毁的诱因。本研究旨在深入剖析无人机故障的根本成因,以推动更安全、更可靠的无人机技术发展。部分坠毁事故的真实成因往往并不明确,因此需通过飞行日志数据分析来精准定位事故诱因。本文针对一款六旋翼无人机的坠毁飞行数据展开分析,以明确该无人机故障的真实成因。
