Dataset for: Surface-charge-mediated intrapulse discharge-channel reorganization in a nanosecond-pulsed doubly asymmetric coaxial DBD source

This dataset contains the raw numerical data (in CSV format) used to generate the figures (Figure 3 to Figure 11) and Table 1 in the manuscript titled "Surface-charge-mediated intrapulse discharge-channel reorganization in a nanosecond-pulsed doubly asymmetric coaxial DBD source". The data is generated from a two-dimensional axisymmetric fluid model using COMSOL Multiphysics, capturing the internal discharge dynamics, electric field restructuring, and surface charge memory effects of a doubly asymmetric coaxial DBD source.本数据集包含用于生成题为《表面电荷介导的纳秒脉冲双不对称同轴介质阻挡放电（Dielectric Barrier Discharge，DBD）源的脉冲内放电通道重组》的学术稿件中图3至图11以及表1的原始数值数据（逗号分隔值（CSV）格式）。该数据基于COMSOL Multiphysics构建的二维轴对称流体模型生成，可捕捉该双不对称同轴DBD源的内部放电动力学过程、电场重构现象与表面电荷记忆效应。
