It covers core fields including enterprise name, establishment date, registered capital, industry classification, and affiliated district or county. A quantitative evaluation model is employed to perform comprehensive scoring from three dimensions: enterprise survival stability (establishment age), capital strength (registered capital), and industry advantage (regional industry ranking). Finally, a scoring system is developed, which consists of stability score (the highest score is assigned to enterprises in the growth stage of 3-8 years), capital strength score (with a gentle gradient to adapt to the characteristics of SMEs), and industry advantage score (scored via ladder-based grading according to regional industry ranking). The weighted total score of innovation potential is further calculated, with the weight set as 40% for industry, 35% for capital, and 25% for stability. This dataset can intuitively reflect the sustainable development capabilities of enterprises and the characteristics of regional industrial distribution. The data has undergone missing value processing and unit standardization (uniformly converted to units of ten thousand yuan RMB) to ensure the reliability and comparability of the analysis results.
