Regional natural parks concern areas with fragile balance, rich and threatened natural and cultural heritage, which are the subject of a development project, based on the preservation and enhancement of heritage. The constituent charter of the park is drawn up by the region with the agreement of all the local and regional authorities concerned (...). It is adopted by decree classifying as a regional nature park for a maximum period of time ten years old.
