Dataset exploratory factor structure of organizational health performance for micro and small enterprises

The data were collected to measure organizational health performance in micro and small enterprises (MSEs) using a questionnaire developed by the researchers. The questionnaire was initially written in Bahasa Indonesia and subsequently validated by a panel of experts and researchers to ensure its accuracy and relevance. The draft questionnaire comprised 35 items, organized into six key factors: institutional resources, leader involvement, work environment quality, organizational values, operational stability, and economic performance. Exploratory factor analysis (EFA) was conducted to refine the questionnaire and identify the most appropriate factor structure. This analysis aimed to reveal the best-fit factor structure and determine the most effective indicators for measuring each of the six factors. The EFA process ensured that the initial questionnaire was statistically robust and conceptually aligned with the constructs of organizational health in the MSE context.

本研究采集的数据，用于通过研究者开发的问卷，衡量微型和小型企业（micro and small enterprises, MSEs）的组织健康绩效。该问卷最初以印度尼西亚语编制，随后经由专家与研究者组成的评审团队开展效度验证，以保障其准确性与研究相关性。初始问卷共包含35个题项，划分为六大核心维度：制度资源、领导者参与度、工作环境质量、组织价值观、运营稳定性与经济绩效。本研究开展探索性因子分析（Exploratory Factor Analysis, EFA），以优化问卷结构并确定最契合的维度框架。本次分析旨在探寻最优拟合的维度结构，并明确用于衡量六大维度各自的最有效观测指标。此次探索性因子分析流程确保了初始问卷在统计学层面具备稳健性，且在概念层面与微型和小型企业场景下的组织健康研究构念保持一致。
