Microbial Taxa Associated with Rice Biomass under Soil Sterilization

This dataset includes high-throughput amplicon sequencing data targeting the 16S rRNA gene and internal transcribed spacer (ITS) region from the rhizosphere soil of Oryza sativa (rice). The samples were collected under different nitrogen treatments and sterilization conditions to investigate the composition and diversity of bacterial and fungal communities associated with rice roots. 16S and ITS libraries were prepared separately for each sample and sequenced using paired-end Illumina sequencing. This dataset supports research on the rhizosphere microbiome and its response to nitrogen input and soil sterilization in rice cropping systems.
