Single cell RNAseq of control vs. OIS hepatocytes

Single cell sequencing of hepatocytes isolated from mice injected via HDTV with transposons containing mVenus and either active (^G12V) or inactive (^D38A/G12V) oncogenic NRAS Multiplexed single-cell RNAseq experiment: Three mice were used in this experiment, all having received hydrodynamic tail vein (HDTV) injection of either mVenus-NRAS^G12V-containing or mVenus-NRAS^G12V/D38A-containing transposons. At Day 6 post-injection, livers were harvested and dissociated to single cells. Mvenus-expressing hepatocytes were flow sorted from the dissociated livers and labelled with Hashtag oligos before multiplexing and single cell RNA sequencing.
