Data on medications prescribed to patients with nasally placed feeding tube on admission and discharge, potential drug-drug interactions on admission and discharge (onset, severity, documentation and resume) - according to Micromedex System, high-alert medications (according to the ISMP list), WHO ATC code on admission and discharge.本数据集包含两类核心数据：其一为入院与出院时携带鼻饲管（nasally placed feeding tube）的患者的处方用药信息；其二为入院与出院时的潜在药物相互作用（potential drug-drug interactions）相关数据，涵盖发作时机、严重程度、记录情况与转归四个维度。上述数据均依据Micromedex系统（Micromedex System）开展评估，同时收录依据医疗安全实践学会（Institute for Safe Medication Practices，ISMP）列表划定的高危药品（high-alert medications）相关信息，以及入院与出院时的世界卫生组织解剖学治疗学及化学分类代码（WHO ATC code）数据。
