This dataset comprises simulation results from optimizing a Whipple shield design case using our proposed quantile-based robust Bayesian optimization algorithm, with all simulations computed by the PTS software. The data is organized into four CSV files: experimental_data_1.csv and RBO_prog_1.csv contain the PTS simulation results and the evolution of optimal configurations, respectively, when the algorithm adds one experimental point per iteration; experimental_data_3.csv and RBO_prog_3.csv correspond to the results obtained when adding three experimental points per iteration.
