Raw files from chimeric eCLIP experiments on human cell line HEK293T by Manakov et al., 2022, were pre-processed using the recommended workflow to extract UMIs and trim adapters, and further processed with HybriDetector as described in miRBench: novel benchmark datasets for microRNA binding site prediction that mitigate against prevalent microRNA frequency class bias to extract chimeric interactions. This produced the intermediate files in this record. The exact code to produce these files is available here. These files were used to produce the final datasets. Concatenation of these 19 files produces the AGO2_eCLIP_Manakov2022_full_dataset.tsv.gz file in that record.
