MatRec: Material and Process Named Entity Recognition Dataset for EDLC

This dataset contains material and process data for Electric Double Layer Capacitor (EDLC) data in IOB format. This dataset has been annotated and verified by domain experts. This dataset has 5520 rows and 4 columns. The first column represents the Document ID, the second column represents the Sentence ID, the third column contains the word, and the fourth column contains the material or process tag in IOB format. This dataset contains data for 10 annotated documents among 50 documents.

本数据集包含以IOB格式标注的双电层电容器（Electric Double Layer Capacitor, EDLC）相关材料与工艺数据。该数据集已由领域专家完成标注与核验，共计包含5520条数据行与4个字段列。其中，第一列为文档编号（Document ID），第二列为句子编号（Sentence ID），第三列为词汇内容，第四列为采用IOB格式标注的材料或工艺标签。本数据集源自50份原始文档，仅涵盖其中10份已标注文档的相关数据。
