资源简介:
**NOTE** This is a single site analysis, but results for all sites are included in the output attached to this record for ease of review & reuse. General observations are recorded below, and details about specific institutions can be discovered in the raw output. - Generally, about 60-70% of the cohort does not have both events, and because a T2DM diagnosis was a requirement of cohort entry, this really means that a CKD diagnosis is not present for those cohort members. The exception to this is the pediatric cohort, for whom CKD is much less prevalent. For those institutions, 95%+ of the cohort does not have a CKD diagnosis. - For patients who do have both diagnoses, the CKD diagnosis generally occurs after the T2DM diagnosis. It is rare for CKD to precede T2DM. - The two events occurring within a year of each other is the most common of the pre-set thresholds, but the distributions demonstrate that it is likely more common for these diagnoses to occur farther apart, probably on the order of a few years.
