METHOD FOR PRODUCING NUTRITIONAL SUPPLEMENT SOLUTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a nutritional supplement solution， by which， firstly， a nutritional supplement solution containing high concentrations of amino acids， organic acids， vitamins， and minerals can be produced; secondly， the soil environment， antioxidative potency， activity， and immunity of plants can be improved; and， thirdly， it is useful not only for plants but also for animals and humans. SOLUTION: The method for producing a nutritional supplement solution includes the following steps: a first yeast fermentation step in which a mixed liquid of sugar， starch， other carbohydrates， and water is added with yeast and subjected to yeast fermentation while being stirred; a first lactic acid fermentation step in which， after the first yeast fermentation step， the mixed liquid is added with lactic acid bacteria and subjected to lactic acid fermentation while being stirred; a mixing step in which an enzyme-containing solution obtained in the first lactic acid fermentation step is mixed with a mixed solution of rice and water; a second yeast fermentation step in which， after the mixing step， the mixed solution is added with yeast and subjected to yeast fermentation while being stirred; and a second lactic acid fermentation step in which， after the second yeast fermentation step， the mixed liquid is added with lactic acid bacteria and subjected to lactic acid fermentation while being stirred. Therefore， the method produces the nutritional supplement solution by combined fermentation based on these steps. SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
