Public Procurement Notices 2012

The data contain announcements of public contracts published in the HILMA electronic notification system in 2012. Finnish procurements laws require that contracting authorities advertise their public tenders for all procurements exceeding the threshold value. Public procurement notices contain information on the number and type of notice, date of publication, type of the contract, type of procurement procedure, type of the contracting authority, award criteria, common procurement vocabulary (CPV) code, and the value of the contract (if applicable). The dataset also contains information on whether an electronic auction has been used.
