Figure 3. Oil Red Accumulation by 3T3-L1 Adipocytes is Unchanged by MCH. 3T3-L1 preadipocytes in 24-well plates were differentiated in the presence or absence of up to 100 nM MCH. On the 10th day of the differentiation protocol, cells were fixed and differentiated cells stained with Oil Red, which was then eluted with 200 ml isopropanol and A570 measured.
