Map Viewing Service (WMS) of the dataset: Regulatory zoning of a PM1 easement generator PPRN or PPRM in the Marne department

Pursuant to Articles L. 562-1 et seq. of the Environmental Code, natural hazard prevention plans (NPPs) and mine risk prevention plans (PPRMs) shall define:- areas exposed to risks in which constructions, structures, developments and operations are prohibited or subject to conditions;- areas not directly exposed to the risks in which constructions, works, developments and operations are prohibited or subject to conditions because they are likely to aggravate the risks or cause new regulated zonings of PPRN-PPRMs thus constitute the generators (as well as plates confused with generators) of the easements described in the easements PM1.

根据《环境法典》第L.562-1条及后续条款，自然灾害防治计划（Natural Hazard Prevention Plans，缩写NPPs）与矿山风险防治计划（Mine Risk Prevention Plans，缩写PPRMs）应当明确两类管控区域：其一为风险暴露区域，该区域内的建设项目、构筑物、开发行为与经营活动均被禁止或须符合法定条件；其二为非直接风险暴露区域，该区域内的建设工程、开发活动与作业行为同样被禁止或须符合法定条件，因其可能加剧既有风险或引发新的风险。PPRN-PPRMs的管制区划由此构成了地役权PM1中所述的地役权的生成依据，同时包含被误认作该生成依据的相关图件。
