SAAM Sleep Coaching User Feedback

The data set was collected within the SAAM Project (Supporting Active Aging through Multimodal coaching, https://saam2020.eu/), and was used to develop a preference learning methodology with the aim of improving user's acceptance of coaching actions. The data set contains a set of sleep quality coaching actions and userćs feedback for each of them.本数据集采集自SAAM项目（Supporting Active Aging through Multimodal coaching，即“多模态辅导助力积极老龄化”，官网地址：https://saam2020.eu/），被用于开发一套偏好学习方法，以提升用户对辅导方案的接受度。本数据集包含多组睡眠质量辅导方案，以及用户针对每组方案的反馈信息。
