Integrative Analysis of Gut Microbiota and Metabolic Pathways in Diabetes

Using 16S rRNA gene sequencing and metabolomic analyses, we analyzed microbial diversity and community in the diabetic group compared to healthy donors. This study provides insights into potential microbial biomarkers and therapeutic targets for improving metabolic health in diabetic patients.
