mTOR sensitized T-ALL cell lines and patient-derived xenografts (PDX) from patients with R/R T-ALL to the BCL-2 inhibitor Venetoclax. Overall design: TALL-1 cells were treated with vehicle or 10 µM Everolimus for 4 and 12 hours in presence or absence of ISRIB. RNAseq was performed on each samples.
