Counts Matrix data of scRNA-seq of IIM patients

Here are scRNA-seq matrix files (barcodes, features and counts) for each sample of IIM patients and healthy controls (HC). Tissue included two types: Skeletal Muscle and PBMC. And patients included three dermatomyositis types (anti-Mi2, anti-MDA5 and anti-NXP2) and one immune-mediated necrosis myopathy (anti-HMGCR).本数据集涵盖特发性炎性肌病（idiopathic inflammatory myopathy, IIM）患者与健康对照（HC）各样本的单细胞RNA测序（scRNA-seq）矩阵文件，包含细胞条形码、基因特征与基因表达计数矩阵。本次研究涉及的组织类型分为两类：骨骼肌（Skeletal Muscle）与外周血单个核细胞（PBMC）。纳入研究的患者可分为四类：三种皮肌炎亚型（抗Mi2、抗MDA5及抗NXP2型），以及一种免疫介导性坏死性肌病（抗HMGCR型）。
