Statistical results of radii and lattice constants in both x and y directions. SEM images are obtained throughout the sample area uniformly, and 64 disks are captured (4 disks per image).X、Y两个方向上的半径与晶格常数统计结果。扫描电子显微镜（Scanning Electron Microscope, SEM）图像均匀采集自整个样品区域，共捕获64个圆盘状观测视场（每幅图像包含4个圆盘视场）。
