This repository houses code, materials and data used in the study "Visual mismatch responses index surprise signalling but not expectation suppression". This is a collaboration between Daniel Feuerriegel, Jane Yook, Genevieve Quek, Hinze Hogendoorn and Stefan Bode. In this study, we aimed to isolate and quantify the contributions of surprise responses and expectation suppression to visual mismatch responses as measured using event-related potentials (ERPs) in visual oddball designs.
