Enables endopeptidase activator activity. Involved in positive regulation of endopeptidase activity and protein processing. Acts upstream of or within Notch receptor processing. Part of gamma-secretase complex. Is expressed in early tubule; female associated reproductive structure; male associated reproductive structure; ovary; and testis.
