Survey data on Strategic alignment in multispecialty hospitals: Implementing a balanced scorecard approach for optimal performance

The data were collected using a structured questionnaire distributed online and in person. The questionnaire, derived from existing BSC and OP literature, covered demographics, BSC perspectives, and OP metrics. Respondents were purposively sampled from multispecialty hospitals, targeting managers and department heads. Data were analyzed using SPSS (IBM SPSS Statistics 26). Inclusion criteria were managers with over a year of experience in their roles; exclusion criteria were incomplete responses. Data normalization involved standardizing responses for consistency.

本数据集通过线上、线下两种渠道发放结构化问卷进行采集。该问卷借鉴现有平衡计分卡（Balanced Scorecard, BSC）与组织绩效（Organizational Performance, OP）领域的已有研究文献编制而成，涵盖人口统计学特征、平衡计分卡维度以及组织绩效指标。受访对象采用目的性抽样方法，从多专科综合医院中选取管理人员及科室负责人作为调研目标群体。数据分析采用SPSS（IBM SPSS Statistics 26）统计软件完成。纳入标准为具备1年以上本岗位管理经验的人员；排除标准为问卷作答不完整的样本。数据归一化处理通过统一应答标准以保障数据一致性。
