Service quality survey August 2023 - Requests for Civil Status certificates

The dataset contains the details of the replies (*) to the questionnaire for detecting the satisfaction of users who use the online service for requesting extracts and full civil status documents, activated in December 2020 in compliance with the indications of the Digital Administration Code (Legislative Decree 82/2005, Article 7(3) - amended by Legislative Decree 179/16, Article 8(1)).

The questionnaire can be completed online by the user after applying for the certificate and allows them to express their satisfaction with the accessibility, simplicity and effectiveness of the service. The user accesses the questionnaire via a link received by email at the end of the request.

The results of the survey are published monthly on https://www.comune.milano.it/comune/amministrazione-transparente/servizi-distributi/servizi-in-rete.

本数据集包含针对2020年12月上线的在线民事身份文件摘录及完整文件申领服务的用户满意度调查问卷的回复详情(*)。该服务依据《数字行政法典》（立法令第82/2005号第7条第3款，经立法令第179/16号第8条第1款修订）的相关要求启动。
用户在提交证书申领申请后，可在线填写本调查问卷，对该服务的可访问性、便捷性与有效性作出满意度评价。用户将在申领流程结束后，通过邮件接收的链接访问该问卷。
本次调研结果每月发布于https://www.comune.milano.it/comune/amministrazione-transparente/servizi-distributi/servizi-in-rete。
