Expression data of peri-tumoral tonsillar tissues in oropharyngeal cancer

Secondary lymphoid organs (SLOs) serve as an interface between tumor cells and immune system as an initial site of antigen presentation which is critical for the development of an effective anti-tumor immune response. We used microarray to analyze the gene expression profile of peri-tumoral tonsillar tissues of oropharyngeal cancer. We analyzed the expression profile at peri-tumoral tonsillar tissues, and compares the profile according to the nodal status.
