XPlanung dataset BPL “Mühlfeld 3 rd change”

The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Mühlfeld 3 rd Amendment” of the municipality of Meißenheim from XPlanung 5.0. Description: Change Location of two plots, priority use WA/MD/MI.开发规划（BPL）包含了城市规划规程项下具备法律约束力的各项确定性条款。原则上，开发规划须以土地利用规划为编制基础。本次可用数据集为梅森海姆市（Meißenheim）采用XPlanung 5.0标准编制的《米尔菲尔德（Mühlfeld）第三次修订版》开发规划。说明：调整两处地块的区位，优先用途为WA/MD/MI。
