Chemometric classification and quantification of olive oil in blends with any edible vegetable oils using FTIR-ATR and Raman spectroscopy

The available dataset contains the raw spectra (.csv format) of the vegetable oils (olive oil, sunflower oil etc.) analysed according to the analytical methods described in the scientific publication (FTIR and Raman) (LWT - Food Science and Tehcnology, 2017, 86:174-184).本可用数据集包含了按照某科学文献中记述的傅里叶变换红外光谱（FTIR）与拉曼光谱（Raman）分析方法所检测的植物油（橄榄油、葵花籽油等）的原始光谱数据，其格式为.csv；该研究文献刊载于《LWT-食品科学与技术》2017年第86卷，第174至184页。
