Traffic Volumes

The Traffic Volumes layer is comprised of locations where counts have been conducted to determine traffic volume or Average Daily Traffic (ADT) on a particular portion of roadway. Data is collected in the field over a period of one week and summarized to determine the volume. Additionally this layer records a verbal description of the survey location, the location source (GPS, descriptive, etc.), the start and end date of the survey, and a link to the detailed survey reports where you can obtain more information. The purpose of this layer is to depict traffic volumes for project research and pubic inquiry purposes, as well as GIS query and analysis work.交通流量图层包含已完成交通计数的点位，用于测算特定路段的交通流量或日均交通量（Average Daily Traffic, ADT）。该数据通过野外实地采集，采集周期为一周，经汇总后得出最终交通流量数值。此外，该图层还记录了调查点位的文字说明、点位来源（如GPS、文字描述等）、调查起止日期，以及指向详细调查报告的链接，可从中获取更多相关信息。本图层的设计目的是为项目研究与公众咨询提供交通流量可视化展示，同时支持地理信息系统（Geographic Information System, GIS）的查询与分析工作。
