Prophylactic Antibiotics for Deep Inferior Epigastric Perforator Flap Breast Reconstruction

This retrospective case series involved 108 patients who underwent immediate breast reconstruction with deep inferior epigastric perforator flap in Ditmanson Medical Foundation Chia-Yi Christian Hospital between 2012 and 2019. Patients were divided into three groups based on prophylactic antibiotic duration: 1 day, 3 days and >7 days for patients with drains Data were analyzed between January and April, 2021.

本项回顾性病例系列研究涉及108位患者在2012年至2019年间于地曼森医学基金会嘉义基督教医院接受即刻乳房重建手术，采用深下腹部穿支皮瓣技术。患者根据预防性抗生素的用药持续时间分为三组：持续1天、3天及大于7天，适用于带引流管的患者。数据于2021年1月至4月期间进行分析。
