RNA-seq analysis of polar granule component (pgc) mutant primordial germ cells in Drosophila

To identify and characterize the gene expression changes associated with maternal mutation in polar granule component (pgc) in Drosophila primordial germ cells, we conducted RNA-seq analysis using both pgc mutant and normal primordial germ cells.
