STABILITY OF CENTRAL ASIAN INITIATIVES WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE TBT

This article analyzes the prospects for the sustainable development of regional initiatives proposed by Central Asian states within the Organization of Turkic States. The study focuses on evaluating the institutional and economic foundations of projects in the fields of transport and logistics connectivity, trade and economic convergence, and digital cooperation. The research methodology includes comparative and institutional analysis, as well as content analysis of official documents. The findings indicate that the sustainability of regional initiatives is closely linked to the alignment of national interests, the continuity of financial support, and the practical effectiveness of coordination mechanisms. The conclusions of the article provide a basis for developing practical recommendations aimed at deepening regional cooperation in Central Asia.本文分析了突厥国家组织（Organization of Turkic States）框架内中亚国家提出的区域倡议的可持续发展前景。本研究聚焦于评估交通与物流联通、贸易与经济融合以及数字合作领域相关项目的制度与经济基础。研究方法涵盖比较制度分析与官方文件内容分析。研究结果表明，区域倡议的可持续性与各国利益的协调一致、财政支持的持续性以及协调机制的实际运行效能紧密相关。本文的研究结论为制定旨在深化中亚区域合作的务实建议提供了依据。
