<b>Estrus datasets</b><b>General information</b>The rats were in the estrus stages of their cycle. All slices are along the transverse plane. The uteri were stained with PhosphoTungstic Acid (PTA).<b>Contents</b>There are two folders for two different rats with ID codes AWA033 and AWB011. Each folder contains a downsampled subfolder which contains the downsampled uCT images (png format) in a .nii.gz archives (NIfTI format) and the corresponding segmentation masks of the muscle layers (png format) in a .nii.gz archives (NIfTI format). The configuration files (TOML format) for the downsampled and full resolution datasets are provided.The images in the archives have been downsampled by a factor of 4 using the code available in the uterine-microCT repository (https://github.com/virtual-uterus/uterine-microCT)<br>
