Ralstonia solanacearum Raw sequence reads

Bacterial wilt caused by solanacearum is an important bacterial disease that harms many cash crops. Previous studies have found that the virulence of Solanaculean bacteria gradually declined to no virulence after successive culture. In this study, transcriptomic and proteome analyses were conducted on virulence decline, no virulence and wild-type strains to search for the regulatory genes or proteins of virulence decline.
