Five linear measurements were considered: head + body length, tail length, hind-foot length, ear length and head length. All measurements were made with a ruler (precision 1 mm), with the exception of head length, which was measured with a caliper (precision 0.1 mm). Specimens were sexed and classified as adults on the basis of both complete development of the mandibular row of teeth and sexual maturity (full development of seminal vesicles and vulva opening, for males (M) and females (F), respectively)Morphological-Data.xls

形态学数据说明：
本研究对采自R3支系与R. tanezumi线粒体支系的328份成体标本的形态差异进行了评估。共选取5项线性形态指标进行测量：头躯长、尾长、后足长、耳长及头长。除头长采用游标卡尺测量（精度0.1 mm）外，其余指标均使用直尺测量（精度1 mm）。标本的性别鉴定与成体判定依据两项标准：下颌齿列完全发育，以及性成熟状态（雄性以精囊完全发育为判定依据，雌性以阴道口完全张开为判定依据），分别标记为雄性（M）与雌性（F）。
