Vd1+ human thymocyte sequencing

The purpose of this study is to characterize the Vd1 + TCR repertoire in the thymus, namely by providing a detailed description of transcribed (mRNA) V(D)J recombination products in highly (FACS-)purified thymic Vd1 + T cells.
