Our research is helpful to understand the physiological and pathological level changes caused by the ligand AA-14 acting on the receptor GPR101 on pituitary, to find the mechanism of the signaling pathway downstream of GPR101 under the action of the ligand, and to determine which signaling pathway is mediated by GPR101 Overall design: In this study, Cga-ctrlAAVGpr101fl/fl and Cga-creAAVGpr101fl/fl mice were treated with control vehicle or AA14 for one week before their pituitary tissues were collected. The pituitary was dispersed into single cells, then washed and subjected to flow cytometry analysis. The 2 control vehicle groups and the 2 ligand stimulation groups (3 samples each) were subjected to RNA sequencing.
