P+R data (occupancy, attendance, exits with input)

Statistics on parking in the P+Rs shall be made available according to the format of the parking observatory of the Eurometropolis of Strasbourg. Three information is available:attendance, occupancy and parking times with a file per P+R. In general, these are files in CSV format, encoded in UTF8, with a header line. There is one file per operating day (2:00 a.m. to 1:59 a.m.) and per P+R for each data type. The number of parking spaces known as “hours”, corresponding to the use of a ticket distributed at the entrance, is distinguished from the number of parking subscribers, corresponding to access using a Badgéo card or an NFC telephone.需按照斯特拉斯堡欧洲都会区停车观测台的指定格式，提供P+R（Park and Ride，停车换乘）停车场的停车统计数据。本次数据集包含三类核心统计指标：上座率、占用率及停车时长，且每个P+R站点均配有专属数据文件。 总体而言，此类数据文件采用CSV格式、UTF8编码，并包含表头行。针对每一类统计指标、每一个P+R站点，每个运营日（当日2:00至次日1:59）均对应一份独立数据文件。 需区分两类车位统计量：一类为计时停车车位（原文标注为"hours"），对应凭入口发放的停车票使用的场景；另一类为签约订阅用户车位，对应使用Badgéo卡或NFC手机通行的场景。
