Phased SNPs

SNPs for E. melliodora and E. sideroxylon.Reads were aligned with bwa mem, variants called with bcftools, SNPs phased using WhatsHap & SHAPEIT4.本数据集涵盖蜜味桉（Eucalyptus melliodora）与红银桉（Eucalyptus sideroxylon）的单核苷酸多态性（Single Nucleotide Polymorphism, SNPs）相关信息。测序读段经bwa mem工具完成序列比对，变异位点通过bcftools进行检出，SNPs的单体型相位推断采用WhatsHap与SHAPEIT4工具完成。
