Microbial community of Lily (Lilium brownie ) along tissue culture, drought stress using PEG6000 and soil condition

This study was designed to study the microbiome of Lily from fifth to tenth-generation seedlings and the effect of PEG6000 on the microbial community under MS tissue culture. The study further explores the effect of sterile and non-sterile soil microbiomes on the seedlings grown to the tenth generation under MS medium.
