Ablations_movie-tracking-files

Tracking data extracted from Imaris files (see Ablations_movie-imaris-files) for time lapse images corresponding to embryo movies taken after experimental procedure for Ablation experiments from Saiz et al., eLife 2020;9:e56079 (Figure 5, Figure5-supplement 1, Figure 6, Figure 6-supplement 2).There is one .zip file containing the tracking data. When uncompressing the file, respect the directory structure if you are going to run the corresponding scripts in https://github.com/nestorsaiz/saiz-et-al_2020/本数据集包含从Imaris文件（详见Ablations_movie-imaris-files）中提取的追踪数据，对应Saiz等人2020年发表于《eLife》期刊（第9卷，文章编号e56079）的消融实验中经实验操作后采集的胚胎延时成像影片，涉及该研究的图5、图5补充材料1、图6及图6补充材料2。数据集附带一个.zip压缩文件，内含上述追踪数据。若需运行https://github.com/nestorsaiz/saiz-et-al_2020/ 中的对应脚本，请在解压该文件时保留原目录结构。
